SOL for property damage is 5 yrs not 2 yrs.

I cannot remember which question this is found in, but teh Yellow Book says that SOL for personal injury and property damage (e.g. broken arm and damaged car in wreck) is 2 yrs. It is correct as to personal injury, but the SOL for property damage is 5 yrs. § 8.01-243.
